FAQs

What happens if I deposit funds on an unsupported network?

Always ensure that the network you're sending on part of the list of supported networks. This list is mentioned in the Add Money page when you copy the address and also in the docs here: https://docs.avici.money/getting-started/avici-wallet Funds sent on unsupported networks are lost and cannot be recovered

Where is my EVM private key?

The EVM wallet is a smart wallet built using Zerodev hence it doesn't have private keys. It is secured using your email and device passkey as signers. This removes the risk of losing access due to a misplaced key while enabling advanced security features like multi-factor authentication and social recovery.

How are you paying me gas fees?

Avici covers gas fees through meta-transactions and account abstraction. We have also built our own relayer to sponsor transaction fees on Solana. Fees are sponsored on all supported networks except Ethereum. For transactions on Ethereum, please add some ETH

I am being asked to pay fees on Solana

We only sponsor upto 5 free transactions per day on Solana. This is to prevent abuse of the fee payer. We also have rate limits on how many transactions you can do in a defined period. If you're being asked to deposit Sol and you have done less that 5 transactions, then please wait for a minute before attempting transactions again.

Can I export my Solana private key and use it in other wallets?
