# Introduction

### What is Avici?

Avici is building an internet-native neobank built on crypto. We connect fiat and crypto so you can use money like you would with a bank but without giving up ownership of your funds.

Our vision: build distributed internet-banking infrastructure that fulfils Bitcoin’s original promise, eliminating the need for central banks.

We’re delivering this step by step using credit cards, onramp accounts, lending and borrowing products, privacy focused transactions, onchain credit scores and much more. We have already integrated credit card and onramp accounts and our lending product called Avici Earn is next in line.

To learn more about our product goals, check out our [Roadmap](https://docs.avici.org/how-to-fix/masterplan).

Together, these pieces aim to replace traditional, centralised banking with a freer, fairer financial system.

### Our Products

#### Credit cards

We offer Visa credit cards issued by [Rain](https://www.rain.xyz/). These let you spend using your crypto directly at merchants and can also be added to apple or google pay for NFC based tap-to-pay payments. #### Virtual Banks

Avici also offers USD and EUR virtual bank accounts powered by [Iron](https://www.bridge.xyz/). These banks accounts allow you to onramp fiat to crypto via Fedwire, ACH, SEPA transactions to these wallets. Fiat is auto-converted to USDC and sent to your Avici wallet.
