# How rewards work

Invite friends to Avici and earn from their eligible card spending.

## Invite a friend

1. Open **Referrals** in the Avici app.
2. Tap **Share** to copy your referral link, send it through a messaging app, or show your QR code.
3. Ask your friend to sign up through your referral, order a card, and complete profile verification.
4. Track your invitations and qualified referrals in **Referrals**.

## Your friend's bonus

Your friend unlocks an **$8 bonus** after signing up through your referral, ordering a card, and completing profile verification. Users who join without a referral receive the standard **$5 bonus**.

## Qualifying a referral

Your friend must spend **$100 in eligible transactions within 30 days of completing profile verification** to become a qualified referral. This counts toward your level and milestone bonuses.

The $8 welcome bonus and referral qualification have different requirements: signing up, ordering a card, and completing profile verification unlocks the welcome bonus; the eligible spending requirement qualifies the referral.

## Earn from card spending

You earn **2% of your friend's eligible card spending for their first 90 days**, starting when they complete **profile verification**. After 90 days, your rate depends on your referral level.

Avici may offer promotional commission rates from time to time. Always check **Referrals** in the app for the latest rates and offer details.

## Why hasn't my friend qualified?

Signing up alone does not qualify a referral. Your friend must reach $100 in eligible spending within 30 days of completing profile verification. Check your qualified referral count in the app.
