How to purchase a card

Virtual Cards

1. Tap on Card on the navigation panel

2. Then tap on menu icon on the top right

3. Select "Add Card"

4. Select the Signature or Platinum card and tap on "Get card for..." button

1. Select the asset you wish to use to order the card

2. Then Slide to order the card

1. And that's it! Your card should be generated and you'll see it in the app in the card section.

Physical cards

To purchase a physical card, follow these steps–

1. Tap on Card on the navigation panel

2. Then tap on menu icon on the top right and select "Add Card"

3. Select card type as Physical Card. You may choose Platinum or Signature.

1. Select your country and Enter pin-code to see delivery charges and availability

2. Tap on Continue, enter address details and proceed to payment to order card

1. Once the order is placed you can see the order details in the app for your order. Within 2-3 days you should be able to see the card details as well at which point the card is ready to be used as a virtual card

Remember to set a PIN as soon as you receive the card. This can be done from the card settings

We can get cards delivered in almost all regions of the world, with some exceptions. Our Physical cards are manufactured and sent by TAG systems.
