Note: Avici self custody smart wallet to receive , trade and send crypto is decentralised and available to all without any restrictions as its decentralised.

But for the Avici Credit card, it's primarily designed for international users in supported regions. However, if you are based in a region that's not supported or prohibited regions and voluntarily wish to use it, you may proceed at your own discretion. Please note that we do not actively solicit or market in these regions, and you should ensure compliance with local regulations before using them.

Restrictions and Usage Guidelines

The Avici Card services cannot be used for transactions or interactions involving individuals, entities, or locations identified as high-risk. This includes regions or individuals under global sanctions or other restricted designations. Avici prohibits the usage of its Card services in any way that contravenes international laws, sanctions, or regulations.

Access is restricted for businesses or individuals operating from or associated with prohibited regions. Avici reserves the right to revise these guidelines in response to legal requirements, regulatory updates, or internal risk assessments.

Prohibited Uses of Avici Card Services

Avici Card services may not be used for:

1. Illegal or Restricted Trade

• Handling unauthorised substances or regulated drugs without proper licensing.

• Manufacturing, distributing, or selling firearms, ammunition, or related accessories.

• Hosting, distributing, or sharing illegal content.

• Engaging in gambling, lotteries, or games of chance.

• Providing services related to prostitution or adult escorting.

• Selling counterfeit items or operating deceptive schemes.

1. Violation of Intellectual Property

• Selling or distributing content protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents without authorization.

• Dealing in counterfeit goods or unauthorized imports.

• Misusing intellectual property belonging to third parties.

1. Violence and Discrimination

• Promoting activities that incite violence, hatred, or harm against individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other protected categories.

1. Improper Use of Avici Card Services

• Submitting false or misleading information during registration or for transactions.

• Acting on behalf of undisclosed entities or using the services for undisclosed purposes.

• Misrepresenting or misusing Avici branding, including trademarks, logos, or any proprietary material.

Restricted Businesses and Activities

The following industries or businesses may face limitations, require additional approvals, or be excluded from certain Avici Card services:

• Financial institutions, including money transfer services, banks, or investment firms.

• Sale of controlled pharmaceutical substances with regulatory approval.
