Account Creation and Verification

For creation of accounts, profile verification is mandatory for ensuring compliance and safety from frauds. We use Persona for our profile verification.

Please note: This is separate from the verification done for Credit Cards

To open an account–

• Click on Add Money on the home screen

• Select Cash from the selector on the bottom of the screen

• Click on Open Account

• Continue with verification and liveliness check
