For creation of accounts, profile verification is mandatory for ensuring compliance and safety from frauds. We use Persona for our profile verification.
Please note: This is separate from the verification done for Credit Cards
To open an account–
Click on Add Money on the home screen
Select Cash from the selector on the bottom of the screen
Click on Open Account
You will be prompted to pay the fees
Continue with verification and liveliness check
In case of denial of verification for whatever reason, the application fees will be refunded.
